• Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

• Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee depending on distance. Pickup is always free.

• Storage instructions will ALWAYS be provided with your order. 

As a guide:

• Cupcakes: Refrigerate, bring to room temp before serving
• Treats & sweets: Keep in a cool, dry place
• Cakes: Refrigerate if not serving the same day

• While some items may be made without nuts, gluten, or dairy, my kitchen is not allergen-free, so cross-contamination is possible.

• Small changes are allowed up to 72 hours before pickup/delivery. Larger changes may require an updated price.

• Yes! Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule and may include a small fee.
